Wee Movers is committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy notice provides information on when and why we collect your personal information, and how we use it and keep it secure.

We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We will take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information.

How does Wee Movers collect and use my information? When you register for classes with Wee Movers, we collect contact information such as guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, e-mail address, and student information such as student names, birthdays, medical conditions.

All this information is required in order for us to run the classes safely. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information are:

Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@weemovers.co.uk You can also unsubscribe from our mailing list at any point using the “unsubscribe” button.

How we store your personal information Your information is securely stored in password protected digital files, only accessed by Wee Movers staff, all of whom hold up-to-date enhanced DBS checks.

Who has access to my information? When you register both for classes and sign up to the newsletter, Wee Movers personnel have access to your personal information only to manage the classes and update you with any information related to your classes. We will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: (i) as needed for the classes business, (ii) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process, or (iii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.

This excludes any data that we are required to keep by law > Withdraw consent. Returns Policy

Cancellations by Wee Movers If Wee Movers is required to cancel class(es) or events for any reason, we will inform everyone booked onto the class(es) as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

All other cancellations and refunds

Termly bookings Non-refundable and non-transferable. If a class does have a waitlist, we will endeavour to fill your place, but cannot guarantee this will be possible. In the case of your place being filled by a waitlist person, we will refund the remaining classes minus a 20% administration fee. If classes during the term are missed due to illness, holidays or any other commitments you will not be entitled to a refund, however we are happy for you to invite a friend to take your place that week, but ask that this is preapproved by emailing Wee Movers on info@weemovers.co.uk.

Drop-in classes & Events by Wee Movers One-off classes and events such as our annual Ceilidh’s operate a no refund policy.

Creative Holiday Clubs If you wish to cancel a pre-booked place at one of our Creative Schools, we will offer a full refund - minus a 20% administration fee - if at least one month’s notice is provided. If 3-weeks notice is provided, we will offer a 50% refund. If less than three weeks notice is given, no refund will be issued. NB Creative School places are non-transferable. If the Creative School is missed due to illness or any other commitments, you will not be entitled to a refund.
