Want to add something a little different to your away days or office party? Wee Movers isn’t just for the wee ones – we teach grown-ups to move too.
The ethos of our grown-ups workshops is the same as our Wee Movers classes - to create an open and inclusive space for people to explore and connect through dance, but mostly to have fun!
Our team have over twenty year’s experience in teaching people of all ages and abilities. Your workshop is curated in consultation with you to meet your team’s needs. Our top priority is to create a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable to join in!
Every floor is a dance floor! Don’t worry about transporting your team to another location, wherever your team are based, we’ll come to you.
Examples of workshop activities include
Contemporary dance class with guided dance improvisation
Yoga & relaxation
Pop and / or hip-hop routines - movement to build up a sweat
Ceilidh dancing - yes, we are Scottish and run ceilidh’s too!
A regular 45 minute lunchtime or after work class to break away from your desk (this could be any style, even ceilidh dancing!)
And of course we can arrange children’s activities for family days

£200 flat booking fee
For groups up to 15 people - £15 per head thereafter

After a zoom consultation, we will curate a whole day to suit your needs.
